What Are Ferns Points?
Ferns Points is our free loyalty rewards program - the more you shop, the more you earn. It’s our way of saying thanks for supporting the Silver Ferns and Netball New Zealand.
How to Join
- Create an account on the shop at communityshop.netballnz.co.nz
- You’ll automatically earn 50 Ferns Points just for signing up
How to Earn Points
- Earn 1 Fern Point for every $1 spent (excluding tax, shipping, and gift cards)
- Earn 5 bonus points when a new club or school uses your referral link to make their first purchase
When Will Your Points Appear?
Your points are added to your account as soon as your order is processed - usually within minutes of completing the transaction
How to Check Your Ferns Points Balance
- Sign in to your account at the shop
- Open the “Rewards” panel located at the bottom right of the screen
- Your total points balance and earning history will be displayed there
How to Redeem Your Points
- Log in and open the Rewards panel
- Click “View Rewards”
- Select the reward you’d like, then click “Redeem”
- Copy the generated code and paste into the discount code field at checkout
- Make sure you checkout using the same email you signed up with to ensure points are applied correctly
Do Ferns Points Expire?
Nope - your Ferns Points never expire. You can save them up for something great later on
Can You Use Multiple Accounts?
No - each person can have only one Ferns Points account, and points cannot be transferred or shared
Can You Earn Points on Past Orders?
Unfortunately, no. Points are only awarded for purchases made after your account has been created and while you're logged in
